Returns Policy

At Harwood London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, you may occasionally wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our returns policy.

Conditions for Returns

• You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

• Return shipping costs are entirely the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

• Trying on is allowed, but wearing the item is not.

• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of (partially) returning is not permitted.

Return Process

1. Register your return via info@harwoodlondon.com within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. We will provide the return address of our supplier (based in China).

3. You must return the item at your own expense, including any customs or shipping fees.

4. We always recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds
Once the item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.

• Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
